Oh Star Divine, Shine
From Heaven’s Threshold
Fade not from our sight
Resplendent, your glory
Let us mirror the light
Towards our fellow man
Ever reaching, ever searching
For those in loss, who mourn
Help us comfort the weary
In your everlasting miracle
May we find compassion
always in the arms of loved ones
Sharing that unity, encircling
others within our spirit of hope
streaming outward, ever larger
in grace, as a radiant beam of love
Listening for the voice of angels
Speaking with heart of human kindness
Giving from within our souls
the most beautiful gift of Christmas
“Truly he taught us to love one another
For yonder, still, breaks a most glorious morn”
My faith, my belief, my prayer
