Election Day....Maybe Month by Randy Meador I have come to realize that the featherpen poetry is not the only way to go. There are many different roads I could take in the poetry world. Here's a little poem in the area of politics. Hope you enjoy it It was absurd So boring, I would rather take a stick and poke a turd Yes the Election "Day" I thought it would last until May And on top came Bush Yeah, what a wuss But he'll be better than Clinton He's not worth his own lint in his own pockets of the pants he wears Remembering all his mistakes he sits and stares Gore did not ever want to concede Damaging his own reputation he did indeed "Election Month" as it was known It wasted our time of being alone However, now i think President Bush is ok, he is doing a very good job in office and I am glad he is leading our country today. a life lived unexplored is a life not worth living. |

 (giggles) Oh Randy, you are a true comedian, it sure was a time of anxiety and controversy! (sigh) I was always waiting to see what the final balot counts were! (sigh) I am so proud of George W. Bush and all he'sd one for us during these times of tragedy, he is a very loving and faithful person! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend! (big hugggsssssss) This gave me the laughs and a warm smile!
