Bold winter is stripping like a maple tree
naked limbs shiver beneath a coat of glee
slender limbs beckon cunningly
like the lopsided smile of Gypsy Rose Lee

I listen to the music of a snow globe
sipping the aroma of hot cinnamon tea
wrapped within the shawl of whispers
haunting whispers of you and me

Steam drooling upon ruby lips
upon the brim of history
now just a shaggy dog story
once a brilliant morning glory

Snowflakes melting within moonlight
Cascading the body of a gypsy night

Every child is an artist. The challenge is to remain an artist once he grows up.

(smiles) Oh my gosh, this is sooooooo gorgeous! (smiles) The magic of a winter night shines in your gorgeous words, as your lovely voice croons like a gypsy in the rapture of the love shining in it. (sigh) We all love you so much, sweet Victoria! (kiss on cheek) You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Victoria, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

I love cinnamon tea and whispers of winter, even when wrapped in a shawl of sad memories.
