Some words I have longed to say about the one who showed me the way She led me into Passions door and told me to write poems galore I protested my poems were sour and would grow worse by the hour But she knew me from days long past when writers chats were doing the task Now this one that led me by the hand told me you folks were all so grand So I dipped my toe into waters deep and found there were, some poems to keep So to let all of you know she is in my heart for all she has done, and making me start I want her to know, and all of you too how much she meant to get me to pursue So there is a place in my heart she will dwell until I hear the tolling of the very last bell Thank you, gentle princess, from the depths of me…very gentle smile |

Noah, thank you for your kind words, and yes, she is very talented with a bright future ahead...gentle smile Ahh, Sissie, now you are being kind, but I am glad that she took six months of her time to finally get me to post something, for all of Passions is worth being around. And, yes, gentle smile, she has posted one or two good ones..or more, but like you say, that is another story Yep, Sharon, it was kinna like, "Logan, tired of talking about this, now DO." LOL. And nothing nice about it, she is a winner |
