we couldn't stop laughing!!!! it was soooo funny!!!... can you imagine that? A command to "Stop laughing!!" .... i still laugh about that to this day...

oh, but i couldn't tell you about it unless i posted.......

~There Are Too Many Poets In The Forums~

There are too many poets in the forums ...
too many verses ... too many rhymes.
I just cant keep up anymore ...
and tonight the server crashed five times.

There are too many poems being posted ...
I cant begin to read them all and then still reply.
But I don't want to miss one single word,
I get the shakes and it makes my cry.

There are too many poets in the forums ...
as our Passions family ever grows.
I wonder if we will all soon still fit  ...
I wonder if even Ron knows.

There are too many forums on the page ...
I cant keep up with all the poetic dish.
I want to read in here all day,
and all night as well ... this would be my wish.

There are too many poets in the forums ...
and not enough hours in the day.
Why do I have to go to work ...
it's here in Poetry Land ... I want to stay.

There are too many poems in the forums ...
and I'm falling way behind.
So please forgive me if I miss your work,
but I think I'm losing my poetic mind.

There are too many poets in the forums ...
and my new motto does define.
Please do not disturb my groove....
"SO MANY POETS ... SO LITTLE TIME"

That's right, Sunshine, you've got to work now - so stop your composing and start your moderating.  We depend on you to protect us from the baddies (like Balladeer).

great speed reading course
prepared me for days like this
let us not forget
poetry should be savored
savored like a fine brandy

I thought about a treadmill to keep in shape, but the Pips pace keeps me in the race! Just can't tell the rear attached to this seat that it's had it's workout today . HAHA. Pips is causing my chair seat to shrink!
Active board???? I was just about to wean myself for a day ot two...NOT!
When down from the rooftops there came such a clatter..
it was just our dear Marge posting some Challenge chatter.
Not blaming Marge, her holiday gift is great! But I can't get the wrapping paper to fit around my PC!

thanks for the fun thread SUNSHINE

STOP!?!

MY updated doctors Rx poem:

My Dr's new Rx said
to get on a
TREADMILL

I think I miss-read,
thought it said
THREAD-MILL

So I'm just following Doc's orders,
but I'll keep it down in first gear.

Kari darling sister, I know, dearest heart I know.
Did you or did you not say to me, post?
Pardon Kari darling girl, I cannot hear you? Don't mutter dearest heart, Puck mutters. Normally when I'm plotting mischief, and I can tell talk from mutter?
MMmmmm so now speak up let the rest of us hear, was that an I'm sorry my darling Puck? Mmmmm? Yes, it better have been!   I only forgive because I love you, now stop complaining or I'll send the boys round to sort you out.
(No darling girl I haven't got them to hand but I'm sure I could whistle up some brawny types) Failing that I'll be round,

It is all nonsense, I'm sure everyone remembers what Puck is like and that I don't really mean to beat you up. Unless it's to he top of the stairs darling girl

Love and warm stuff
As always
Puck

if anyone comes after me for this, You will defend me won't you?

Oh and wonderful writing, even if you do owe an apology!

There are too many poets in the forums you say...but if Passion's poets weren't so passionate about being here...so inspired by ALL walks of the pen, well, where would we go? Who would listen? Is there a solution? Can we further divide forums AGAIN? Would we want to do that? I'm not sure...I'm gonna cry! :'( Such a lonely life for the "poor poet" without this place!

how true. I can't keep up lately, mainly cause I've had too many Christmas parties to go too, and not spending as much time on the computer (not that I'm complaining mind you). I figure I'll catch up when I'm on my Christmas holidays. And I'm lmao at Janet Marie, Kacy and Balladeer there!!

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

It's true, isn't it. Sommetimes worse than others, that things fade away so quickly. I tried someting new yesderday and it rapidly disappeared, and I don't know if hardly any one saw it or just didn't like it. LOL
Oh well, part of the deal.
Luv ya
