As Sunlight Falls on All Lost Love

The shell you wore has passed to earth
Though spell of you rests unbroken
In midnight dream I see my worth
In your words still yet unspoken

As sunlight falls around my mind
Dark brings one forth to live again
Stillness comes seeking loves’ entwine,
As once was, is now as was then

Should we harbor loves endurance
Ours in darkness as sunlight falls,
Necromancy gives us chance
To see beyond forbidden walls

‘Tis a challenge one gladly takes
as sunlight falls on our awake

What a great slant on things - I had to read it twice to delve the necromancy aspect - but each read was well worth it.  Now, please make my day and tell me this poem was about a deceased kitty...

Kari darling sister of my heart, goodness this had tears falling, what is it with you all. Keth makes me cry because she likes to see me red eyed, she say's it gives her a chance (Hah some hope,) 'Deer, make me sob as easily as blinking, of course he also makes me laugh very easily too, so I forgive him. And now you darling girl, just what have I done to be picked upon like this? Mmmmmmmm why make me cry??

It's a beautiful poem sister dearest, absolutely excellent. Now all I have to do is send you one that will have you weeping hysterically. (Will laughter do just as well?) I'm better at laughter, that's what Puck is known for. Impish mischief.

Mmmmmm I could have sprinkled this with colors but for the real magic you'll just have to wait 8 days. And counting.     I mean it, I'll expect lots of ohhhhhhhh and ahhhhhhhhhhh's at the very least. (smile impishly)

love and warm stuff
as always

And just about every morning Sunshine falls on our awake here at Passions.
A happening for which we will be eternally grateful.

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

I, too, especially like the opening stanza!!!

Very fine!!!

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

This is beautiful my friend, though I have to say the most outstanding line (to me anyway) was the title "As Sunlight Falls on All Lost Love".  Surperb.
