Take me back to yesterday When all I had to do was play Always talking on the phone Never was I back then alone Worries were nowhere near There was nothing there to fear Running around out in the sun After all my chores were done Love always did surround me Life was full of such simplicity Always learning something new And doing anything I wanted to Always looking for just one place Where I could have my own space The only wish I have this day Is to take me back to yesterday © By Sue 12-4-01 |
