In the sweet arms
of sleep
I dream
Distantly
I hear you say
"I missed you, my love"
you whispher the
whispers of dawn
Softly I stir
from deep sleep
and open my eyes
Your lips take mine
into a whirwind of
confusing reality
where love
wakes the numb senses
You hands
explore each
part of me that
you well know
In ecstasy
I try to speak
but I can only
whisper
the whispers of dawn
