The day that you left
it broke this beating heart in two
into shambles my life fell,
it was so hard being without you.
Knowing that what you did,
you did for the "we"
still didn't help to ease the pain
that flowed constant inside of me.
Now the circle has been completed,
once again my soul has soared.
I cry tears of welcome home
as I whisper "Thank you Lord."
