I thought I couldn't met the challenge as my muse was still asleep, but somehow she waked up and helped me to pen this one.

Nature's Kiss

Let me embrace you gently
Cover you with natural glee
While I soothe you in my glory
Rest and listen to nature's story

Discover how a little breeze
Whispers softly through top of trees
Where birds echo her song
To praise the Lord all day long

See how squirrels play around
While they hide acorns in the ground
Murmurs lovely messages to the wind
Glory to the Lord of Mankind

Watch the majestic eagle in the sky
Or the enchanting flight of a butterfly
How their wings drift upon a breeze
Flying in Creator's mild breath

Bathe in the warmth of sunbeams
Merge inside colorful dreams
Inhale the beauty of sunset's bliss
Enjoy God's love by nature's kiss

You have such a kind, loving heart for it is plain to see in these words.

(I would suggest a plural verb in this stanza to go with the plural noun...

Charisma this is a wonderful poetic response to the challenge Mark left on your other poem.
Its imagery is as lovely as its inspirational message....
I told Mark about you posting it tonite when I talked to him and he hopes to be at a computer tomorrow.
So you'll hear from him soon.
Well done poetess

he said ... "dont cry" ...
said "it only hurts forever ... and all we have is time."

Theresia-
Now see there ... You haven't lost your muse!!!     You just weren't listening to her as much as you should have been.

You took the challenge and flew to the heaven's with it my friend.  I knew you put together a treat for us and you did that with a touch grace and beauty as well.  I just love nature poems and also inspirational ones ... You gave us both.  Well done and I might add that you rhyme was perfect and the cadence and flow were superb.  Thanks for indulging me.  Big hugs to you my dear friend.
