WAITING

waiting for the phone to ring
waiting for e-mail to pop
waiting for a time to sing
pining for a time to shop

hours come and go my friend
some settle in with time to dream
others go like money spent
why giving rise to laugh or scream

so what of waiting by the door
or sitting on the edge of pin
will either make one rich or poor
in aching for what might have been

fate will come to those who wait
yet, will it not to those who do
so should each one opt hesitate
or join adventured, working crew

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

BRAVO!!!! Wisdom is woven within each word as you state and question the state of waiting. Absolutely wonderful. I love the wisdom of your answer. **hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.
