I wrote a poem, about kisses sweet
just a short time ago…
Posted it, and some replied with
a hug, and a kiss, also…

It was about the tenderness of lips,
and how softly they touched mine…
The contentment they gave me,
how my being, started to realign…

All of the replies touched me deeply,
friends writing about another’s poem…
Made me feel really special,
and I felt, as if I was back home…

So I just wanted you all to know
how I felt, about what was said…
The contentment you gave me within,
that night, when I went to bed…

Startime - thank you for thinking that I'm a sweetheart. I also try to do the right thing, but we're not perfect. And as you know, I love to write about romance and love. What else can make one feel like they're cared for? And a kiss, to you.

CocoBaci - I do my best to be gentle to others, but at times the gentleness is not returned, as I have found out recently. And you are also a dear friend. By the way, I just loves chocolate....
