I could be many places,
Seeing much,
I could watch many faces,
That seemed to be so caring,
That don’t touch,
Have no feelings for sharing,
No understanding of me,
Just persons,
Bound down unwilling to be,
Not wanting to go away,
With burdens,
Heavy in places they stay,
Unable to take a walk,
Immobile,
Voiceless they can’t even talk
About emotions they feel,
Unable,
They are lacking of the will
To journey into new space;
Seeing much,
I look in the frightened face,
I could be elsewhere not here,
No burdens,
And still be lacking of cheer,
I could walk away from all,
Capable
Of cold ignoring the call,
I could go to new places,
Still not touch,
Still not know the faces;
So I might as well not go,
Never learn,
The emotions that don’t show,
I’ll sit down with my nothing
Immobile,
Not knowing what travel brings.

*sigh* how incredibly sad this poem is. It touched my heart to think you would not want to experience new things. Gosh, you put powerful emotions into your poems even if you do not intent to. **big hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Thank you, Startime,
Glad you liked my shuffling of words,
Sadness is a part of Gloom,
Loneliness is also part of Gloom,
But mostly it is a lack of future sight,
Which I don’t cultivate.

*sigh* so incredibly sad. Almost like you do not what to have hopes and dreams. I would wish so much more for you, dear one. **hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

But you do have a voice Professor, even when it is the gloom of Gloom.
I know this sense of implosion, the black hole of life, but you write about it with style.
