Moments forgotten in the shadows of yesterday
Dance freely on the floor of this conscious glow
Encasing the power of our love in childish play
Relinquishing the holds we have come to know

Rest now my love ...
and allow this peace to dwell

Mark, no one writes them like you do.  If there is indeed such a thing as poetry in motion, this is it.  Loved it.

On the wings of words our spirits fly....and our souls are free.

'A breeze passes the tips of outstretched fingers'

'Gentle is the pull from heaven's quiet retreat
As it settles between a tripod of hopeful gains'

'Moments forgotten in the shadows of yesterday
Dance freely on the floor of this conscious glow
Encasing the power of our love in childish play
Relinquishing the holds we have come to know

Rest now my love ...
and allow this peace to dwell'

Hey there baby...looks like you finally decided to grace this place with one of your many breathtaking writes... ...this place misses ya, and BOY, so do I...AHEM...anyway, this is absolutely beautiful, and you know there is definitely a wonderful picture that comes back to me when I read this...well, a wonderful one, and, a (scratchy scratchy scratch) relentlessly repetitive one, too, come to think of it... ...well, before I get more away from the point, fantastic work, as usual, my love... ...hope to see MORE from you SOON...oh yeah, and thanks, baby... ...I love you!!

And did you know with the rain in your pockets,
you can change the weather...

This has so many peaceful elements Mark. A place of tranquillity within your words. Offering the reader rest and hope and love. So gentle as the breeze you capture.

Sincerely,
Regina

JM-I would oblige your request in an instant if not for the holiday season.  I wouldn't want to spoil a good surprise ya know.  Who knows, maybe you will get one in your stocking instead of a lump of coal.

SEA-Now, I happen to know that you wouldn't really want it for you anyway but I do thank you for the visit much.

Gentle Spirit-You do indeed always leave me with a big ego and I thank you dearly for that.

Kris-Well hey there baby!!!!  Ya know ... ya look as good in blue as you do in "Cardinal" red but hey, we will wait till Spring for that one again.  I am glad you enjoyed it sweetie and you know of course that I will always strive to give that helpful tip whenever I can even if it does mean passing up a perfectly good breeze just so you could latch on to it.  After all, love is love and even this ole cowboy can find the understanding in making sure his lady has only the best.  Much love to ya sweetie and don't worry ... SOON is around the corner but never SOON enough.  I love you!!!

and oh yeah .....!!!! Thank you for claiming YOUR poem sweets.  Just wouldn't be fair to leave it hangin' in the auction now would it?

Regina-If you found only a moments tranquility in my words then I am honored. I do thank you for your kind words and visit. It means much.

Mark, well hi there, I haven't been into my haven for ages. Truth to tell I only come here when I'm dragged back, however I'm so glad I got the chance to pop in today. Wonderful to read your fabulous poem, it flows utterly beautifully. If I was guaranteed to see such beautious enscription then I'm sure I would come more often.

Absolutey dazzling display of your art, well done, truly magnificent

Love and warm stuff
as always

Karilea-Thank you very much.

Deb-If you found it delightful then I too am delighted.  Thank you much my friend.

Melissa-Thank you so much and to add it to your library is an honor for me.

Charisma-I am elated to see you here and you don't ever have to say oops to me....I couldn't complain either way now could I? Thank you dearly sweet one.

SEA-Now I knew that.  You know that you don't have to explain to me.  You and I solved that along time ago just in the trust and respect columns of fun didn't we?  Thanks for the return visit though.

Marsha-There is always a beauty of a poem to be found in Passions 24/7 so never worry about a wasted trip here cause there won't be any.  Thank you much for your kind words.
