A pure heart and soul
I saw sitting next to me,
sharing thoughts of how
things are and how he'd
like them to be.

A heart that holds
a lot of weight,
from hurt he tried to hide,
and a soul that's wings are
ready to fly when
the heart ache finally subsides.

I carefully listened as he spoke
thoughts flooded through
my mind .

I close my eyes and hear
his voice
so gentle and so kind.

Forever in my heart,
and foremost on my mind,
the friendship I have found
from he who was by my side.

Expressions,
are the most important aspects, they create impressions

this is well done, you've shown the feelings here very well, and communicated them in a wonderful form. . .
