Poetry is beauty

Sometimes so sublime

It can have deep meaning

Even in rhyme

Thoughts of a beggar

And those of a king

There's meaning for everyone

Alas for some

Truth doth not ring

Robert,
I would agree with you poetry is beauty and yours is particularly beautiful. I tyou wanted to adjust the metre slightly you could try adding Even 'when' in rhyme to line four.
