Have you ever stopped to think about the food you throw away, Food that could nourish all our children that haven't eaten today.... There's hunger throughout the world, and there is so many that have not been blessed, For those we need to share our kindness, For those we need to do our best.... So stop and think the next time, as you throw those leftovers away, Stop and say a special prayer for those children that haven't eaten on that day.... Maybe when you do your shopping, you can find it in your heart, to buy a little extra for those children in your prayers, Weather they be close to home, or many miles apart, pick up that extra can and put it in your cart.... Do your acts of kindness, for this you cannot fail, So take that little extra you bought, and place it in the mail.... ©Sharon E. I'm sure there is enough food on the planet for everybody, dont you think. I believe that's what everybody in Afghanistan has against America. |

There may be enough on the planet, getting to it seems to be the problem.....My attention spans more on the American children here in the USA that are doing without, while our goverment seems to focus more on hunger across the seas'......I hate to hear of any human being going hungry, when there is so much wasted money floating right above their heads... ~lewisone~ |
