Manic Muses

At dead of night I pace about
manic muses needing out,
Pick up guitar, compose a tune,
or paint a picture in my room,
Driven by I don't know what
to find that chord, to write the dots,
I play piano, sketch a ream
perpetual program drum machines,
When music, painting just won't do,
then passions friends I turn to you,
Simple paper and a pen
brings back my sanity again.

BRAVO!!!! I have done much of the same. When inspiration fails me I come to Passions and lose myself in the talent and feelings poured out here and then I again feel the words start to flow. A magnificent poem that I totally enjoyed. Have a great day.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

and we are so glad you do..
HEY YOU!!!
Im playing catch up....but its so good to see your name and rhyme divine here again my friend...
Lyric or verse...either way you rock

I would wait till the end of time for you,
Then do it all again ... it's true.
I can't measure my love for you,
There's nothing to compare it to.

Domzi,
Thanks, glad you enjoyed, take care.

Seymour,
I'm glad I'm not pacing alone, thank you.

Sunshine,
Does this mean we are both mad, thanks for dropping by fellow lunatic.

Startime,
Its good to shower in passions talent for a while, hoping a little sticks. Thanks for replying, be well.

J.M.,

(yuck!!)
Glad to be here and thank you gentle poet.

Regards to all,
Olias.

I haven't read your work before now. You must have been away. I'm glad your muse guided you back here. Many talents abound you! Passions is so wonderful to both explore and pour out in. Thank You.

Sincerely,
Regina
