I’ve been away for a while, contemplating each thought,
        about the crisis I’ve experienced,
                and what it has wrought…
It hasn’t been very pleasant, and it’s not over yet,
        but I’ll still be around tomorrow,
                on that you can bet…

So now I’m back on Passions, posting my stuff,
        hope you all still like them,
                and that they’re enough…
For I love to write, about romance and love,
        I won’t be denied that,
                even if they push, and shove…

Some poems I believe, will make you sigh,
        and perhaps others,
                will make you cry…
You might laugh at the funny ones, I hope you will,
        but when you read them all and reply,
                my heart does fill…

So like I said before, I’ve been away for a while,
        sadder but I believe smarter,
                during this long trial…
Down and out was I, but I’m back once more,
        and I’ll still write my heart out,
                like I did before…

nice to see you back again, Bill. I could have used your shoulder a bit these past few weeks...but I've learned now to not lean on anyone..that you can only count on yourself. I may not be writing much anymore or on here after this weekend much...but I will certainly be reading you. I have missed your kindness... I have a job finally that will be gradually taking up most of my waking hours by the middle of next week. Hopefully it will tire my mind enough that I won't have time to worry about things anymore.

I remember enjoying your words when I was here so very long ago and I am glad to see you back. My heart goes out to you that you have been hurting for any reason. I will be looking forward to many more of your talented poems. **hugs**
