Thanks for giving me the audience I need You all have become my precious friends indeed Thanks for giving me the strenght to go on It just seemed to me a superbowl that I've won Thanks for giving me respect and friendship It's the source that's getting me out of a dip Thanks for giving me thoughts and laughter Sometimes I'm still giggling many hours after Thanks for giving me a place in this home So many different decorated rooms to roam Thanks for giving me the time to share Knowing that most of you really do care Thanks for giving me hope when I'm down Slowly make my face smiling instead of frown Thanks for giving me men like Balladeer And Ron and Duncan and all manpoets here Thanks for giving me Marge, Sharon, Vick And all other women on who's poems I kick Thanks for giving me some of your time I'll give you in return my heart in rhyme A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess... Titia---I read this poem just wanting to say Thank you...for your presence here. Your world takes me on vacation even when I'm sitting in a dimly lit den. And then, I see my name listed with Ron and Balladeers. I am speechless and most humbled and believe me that's saying something. Unfortunately, my Thanksgiving has had a bit of a complication thrown into it and your poem has truly helped me to smile. Since I know you're an animal lover, yourself...please see my post in Announcements. Thank you, Titia...I needed this...how did you know? |

Titia, instead of counting those sheep, you better take personal inventory LOL, as you are the biggest hearted gal I do believe I have ever met. You not only share yourself and that great big heart but your wondeful photos. I feel every time I am around you like I am in fresh air, and am on a holiday!
