Domestic

Silence her defence,
Silence her defiance,
from black and blue and red,
Pressure of work... excuses,
Pressure of life... excuses,
"Why can't you be like her",
To walk that tightrope,
sometimes to succeed in blessed quiet,
to often to falter, an oblivion of scars,
A heart deceiving, for times that where
becomes a tight-lipped line of strength,
And he so very very weak.

Olias.

Olias, it is good to see you again.  I have missed you!  And this, sir, shall speak to many.

I read it three times.  I heard three different stories....

the sign of a poet!

Sounds as if someone is beating herself/himself up for not being perfect.
A pondering write.
