"MEMORY EXPANSION"

Copyright 2001 by: MARK V SHELDON

really expandable
silicon simulacrum
of an expendable reality
reminds me how volatile my memory can be
when rendering decisions regarding
incisions similar in
semblance of ambivalence
discarding this card
being centered
synapses collapse
as streams of
consciousness less
data fill the holes in
formal knowledge forming
edges and bridges for college
forms and collages of ledgers
hedging bets and regrets
four times more
lies in store
even the score
can't represent my
image in nation's
valley of silica and
simulacra

Upgrading your puter PC and your brain's  memory banks?  LOL, your memory chips always fill up faster than you think. (pun)
Better plan on adding extra cards soon, to hold all that college collage. You can always sort it out later and delete the garbage, thereby freeing up more space for more junkmail.

Hey Mark, this is good, though I am not entirely sure of the meaning of the whole.
"reminds me how volatile my memory can be

That says a lot, right there..

Seymour -- just being mindful, actually...  Thanks for the reply.

Lisann:  Haircolor is not an integral component in memory expansion, but I'm sure it is user compatible...  Thanks for stopping by.

Kacy:  Just upgrading my analyses and reassessing memory retention.  As for deleting garbage and replacing it with junk...  I think I'd rather just maintain a streamlined system -- the process of reprograming is quite the arduous task.  Thanks for the bit of wit.

Startime, thank you for the zeal.  Imagine the day when like in the movie "The Matrix" we will be able to upload in seconds all the relevant information for the task in store...  I guess then the real trick will be to remember it all...

Wayoutwalt, thanks for the positive.  A lot of times we just need to succumb to the nag to proceed forward...

Sandra, you're not alone.  This is one of those very multi-faceted poems that can be read and interpreted in a plethora of ways.  I suggest pick one you like and smile...

"MEMORY EXPANSION"

I've always had that thought....
What if we could expand our memories the way we want...or if we can use floppies at least..Lol

A clever write Mark.....

Thank you

My Melody, it's a hard drive, though a sceninc one.  I don't think a floppy would store enough data on a good day...  I think we would need at least a couple of molecular mainframes.  Thanks for your presence.

Thank you, Ron.  So much data and only a small byte of time...
