The moon....it danced
In her emerald eyes
As if true love
Had always belonged there

I know I do
No other woman's vision
So willingly captured by
Gently in her gaze

A soft summer breeze
Nearly coming to life
Flowing so very gracefully
Through shining golden hair

Her touch
Soft as a rose
Caressing this man's face
Receiving transfusions of joy

She was an angel
A part of heaven
Sent dearly to me
By God
