Is There Light

Behind these eyes, I cannot rest
seeing only yesterdays.
Disquiet reigns supreme,
anxiety pumps the blood,
apprehending the worry then
streaming it through me.

I await relief, butterflies to end,
confidence in trust, assurance
that when I close these eyes,
and then open, I shall see
a brighter tomorrow.

~Wynter

It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul."

Noah, I must thank you for all your swet responses, but you know sometimes I think I may not deserve happiness...

Startime...the darkness and shadows will be surrounding me for  quite a while...some situations  make life tough for longer periods than expected.hugss back *s

JamesM..I really appreciate how you are always here to respond to me..thank you for that. hugssss

Marge..I wish it were true..but somehow I thinkI haven't even seen the darkest days  yet. sighing..and yesterday was proof  of it to me. Wish I was in Florida able to feel that hug  ...
