From The Smile In Your Eyes

Is it a twinkle I can see
filled with such tenderness
A strong face looking back at me
more than I dare express

Is it talent of words I feel
as your poems reach their goals
Who is this man with such appeal
who reaches inner souls

I see a man who knows of life
tough battles you have won
You have known much of joy and stife
and learned love from The Son

Your gentleness and love combined
to wipe away our cries
A man of love is well defined
from the smile in your eyes

Its good to know that there ARE people out there who care.. I dont know how we could make it without special people such as that

Karen....from the smiles in your eyes I can
see the feelings that you have expressed so
well.  The warm glow given to you shows in
them and in your words as well....Nicely done
shining Star....

I think I can see that smile before.  Very well written, Karen.  You write of such love and tenderness.  I truly admire your work.

I know this feeling well...I married a smiling eyes man...first glance and he had me. There is surely a difference...a fulfillment inside those happy places. I love this Karen. Thank you so much.

Sincerely,

It is nice to see some poems about the good guys and such a nice one at that.

This is a very lovely piece of writing for someone. Anyone we know? Certainly sounds like a very special person.
