on the horizon of a fairytale

Calico kitties
with big yellow eyes
clouds much like cotton
against the blue sky

Walking through tall grass
that waves in the wind
curling my toes in warm sand
right where the shore begins

Telling bedtime stories
saying ninight prayers
sitting by the fire
your dress shirt I wear

I love Lucy reruns
popcorn with lots of butter
bubblebathes by candlelight
full yellow moons
while walking at night

A collie named Kramer
who takes me for walks
long time friends named Kate
for heart to heart talks

Peanutbutter on toast
in the middle of the night
just the little things
that make my life right…

I don't do rhythm and rhyme very well but am happy you liked this.
This truly is the real me.....
make that peanut butter two layers thick please....
