Soaring and circling above towering trees
Seen in my vision a trickling stream
With water pure and crystalline clear
My sharp eyes gaze around
And in my view is a man
Smiling and chuckling removing his boots
With a fishing rod laid on the ground
And a salmon wiggling on baited hook
The battle now has begun
I shall let him think he has won
Swiftly, I pierce through the air
Instantly, exhaling my piercing scream
As my shadow glides all over him
And with talons down
I grip the air he breathes
The fish escapes from him
But not from me...

I've just got back in from my fishing trip. If I'd read this one before I left I would have been looking over my shoulder all day!   Well done!

Best wishes,
