When I was so alone
When I thought no one cared
When I had no one to talk to
Why weren’t you there

When I slept fitful dreams
Those nights alone in my truck
The panic of my fears
The crying, sadness, tears
You were not there

The times I thought I couldn’t live.
The hours, weeks, months alone
The silence of an unanswered phone
My family I didn’t have
I didn’t know you

The weeks of talks and words
Hours of working two jobs
Fears of losing all I had
You didn’t know me

My words that speak of a heart
My mind that feels happiness
My joy of being with them
Our love growing
You are here

Thank You for loving me

Ah Magnus!  This is wonderful and the final passage says it all!  I love it of course.
Oh...your coffee is getting cold.

Thanx Nancy....enjoying the coffee...these
were real feelings that I felt during a
very tumultuous time in my life a few years
ago.  A time I needed and found out who
I really was and who my friends truly were.

Also when I found out how deep my love for
and from my family was..

Lady of S...even though I had many moments
when I thought I was not loved...it became
very much obvious to me that I was...It
just took time to understand that....Now
I know...more than ever...YES...I am blessed.

Thanx Noah...learn to love your family...
for...even though you may not always agree..
you will some day grow to understand how
deep love can be...after the anger is gone.

I've felt this way before, Magnus.  Not a pleasant feeling to say the least.  The one thing you always have no matter what else life bring is your family.  They should be appreciated and loved.  NIce work.

by the grace of God.

LW...you are right...

IF I wrote my feelings at the level I felt them then...this would probably be on the
dark side forum....Some very difficult
moments.

I connected with many of the feelings in this great verse of struggle...and I love what we both found in the end! It was worth it then...very nicely done Magnus.

Sincerely,

Regina...I am glad that I could share some
feelings which I experienced...knowing there
are others who have experienced similar ones.
Thank you for your sincerity...

Barry
