            A Bouquet

She is a gateway of surmise.
Delicate flecks in hazel eyes.
With lips and nose that softly bed
Beneath a crown of grey and red.

This mien, this Queen that I have wed.

A thing of beauty and complete.
A tender morsel candy sweet.
My dream of unequivocal.
My fantasy, my miracle.

My mountains highest pinnacle.

My Ptar of Egyptian light.
My star that brights the dark of night.
My faith in all that is my fife
The silver chord that binds my life.

This ageless beauty and my wife.

To the powers that reign and let.
I am forever in their debt.

I bow for you way down to the ground
For spreading words of love around
She must be a special lady I'm sure
As you've described her in poetry so pure
