Love Rests Upon Timeless Shore

Love rests upon timeless shore
where moonlight forever shines
A place for hearts who adore
the taste of lovers sweet wines

Two embraced in sweet romance
upon silver moonlit sands
In rhythm of ancient dance
desire ignites in these lands

Wrapped in velvet of these nights
as the waves caress the beach
Each kiss inflames and excites
as heights of passion they reach

Love rests upon timeless shore
to be found within our hearts
It’s there for all to explore
a magic place where love starts

(smiles) Yes it does, for from the day Aphrodite arose from the sea foam and Eros crafted his magic bow, to the days of chivalry and knighthood, up to today, the magic of love exists on in each of us! (smiles) Very soon you will be embraced by a chivalrous, loving heart of gold, and it will be exciting to see the love you write then! (smiles) We all love you, sweet Karen! (kiss on cheek) You have such a beautiful heart, sweet star, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Dear Startime, a lovely piece this one, I could hear the waves of passion as the moonlight reflected a heart of love, the sands of time awaiting the lonely traveler.

Nice write.
Sincerely
Rick

Love told, and revealed in the billowy rush of your passionate pen.

Love's timelessness...hope of things eternal, things beyond...this is what people really want, I'd say.  Beautiful poem.

Yes, Karen, this is so exactly how it is, and should be. But when does it come to pass for us true romantics that would so appreciate it?
Perfectly beautiful poem.

Lovely write, Startime.  It's always there, just waiting to blossom.
