Spent
my heart is spent
September eleventh
just cost too much
it’s billed me
it’s stilled me
charging my mind
its thoughts
its dreams
weaving tendrils
through my cares
fibers
like spider’s orbs
clinging
clinging to my thoughts
infesting them
ingesting them
gobbling them
as if hunger
can never be sated

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

*sigh* I think something died in most of us that day. I know that my whole vision on life changed in a matter of minutes. **hugs** I wonder if we will ever heal.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Virginia, my heart goes out to you and the pain you feel as I do too! (sad sigh) I think we all have been affected in some way by the disaster, and my heart goes out to the victims, their families, and all the innocent victims of Afghanistan. (sad sigh) I join you in your prayers of love for all, dearest friend! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Virginia, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
