I sit and listen to tunes of old
music to my ears, it's solid gold.
Ride Captain Ride Upon Your Mystery Ship
my mind takes a journey upon this trip.
Lord I was Born A Rambling Man
The Allman Bros, damn right I'm a fan.
Oh Lord what's this, it's Skynyrd I hear!
Gone but not forgotten, in my memories near.
Me and Bobby McGee, man Janis could sing the blues.
I do have to admit though, I like some of the "new"
No, there ain't nothing like old time rock and roll!
It still moves me, and releases my soul.

(just some memory stuff today. A trip down memory lane... *s*)

On the wings of words our spirits fly....and our souls are free.

I was raised around cousins who listened to nothing but the best!  Hey Janet, I'm not dating myself, I might be getting older, but hey!
I'm still young at heart..
(or so I'm told anyhow, even though my bones wouldn't agree with it!)  Thanks for the stop by JM.  Hey, and my nephew is only 18 and he thinks Skynyrd is awesome.  Some things
just never go out of style, they just get better!!   Hugs
