Get yourself silent.
Pray with me.
Find the center door
the key---
Acknowledge your uncertainty
and drop again upon your knees
Faith within in just belief--
proof of heart in certainty.

Chant with me
as I ring bell
fight with me
the fires of Hell
fighting fire
where fire dwells...
tell me, love...
it's not a spell.
Just this once
make fairies dance
clap your hands
in child's romance
Tinkerbell
deserves the chance--
(Do you believe?)
I pray you clap.
Gravely, I don Goddess robe.
It is my right.
I was betrothed.
There is no one to stand in stead.
I am the ritual of dead.

I kiss the fruit in gratitude
I understand the magnitude
of symphony
of harmony
the voices of a season's edge.

I spark the flame.
I yearn the urge...
land beneath the sea
submerged
in rise of tides
and sweep of sand
and hourglass
weeps minute's hand
funnel life within a thread
Each moment
a sandcastle bled
back by tide
to birth of sea...

It's just the same
with you and me.
