~*A'Pickin' and A'Grinnin'*~

Well, he's a'pickin'
and she's a'grinnin'
A mighty fine plucker is he

He stroked her strings
while she tuned his chords
Oh, what a melody

The music man
and the poet
There's no sweeter couple around

Yes, he's a'pickin'
and she's a'grinnin'
Or...is it the other way around?

~vlraynes

*Dedicated to a very special poetess
and her guitar man.

"...until you have read the verse on his heart,
you have not truly met the poet.

A very cute poem, and sweet. I bet the two are a lovely couple. What fun, she can write the words, and he can write the tune, and together they can sing the songs from the rooftops

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

but I thank you anyway sweety

I must admit...this poem is cute
But I wanna know some things.
Marge has always been my gal
So who's been plucking her strings??

We go way back, my Marge and me.
Attraction is very large
So tell me, Arizona girl,
Who's fiddlin' around with Marge??
