A glass of red wine burns it’s way down to my stomach
For the bite of the frost agonized my soul
And the chill of your answer froze my heart.

A hot tear released that stains my face
Because I kissed you with warmth
And you betrayed me with lies

An icy wind sends steam out of my head
Since you told the tale convincingly bright
I was duped by your scorching touch,
sightless by love, tormented by the truth,
And touched by the way you deceived me so well.

Wow, this really hurts. I can feel the pain and anger here. Well written though. Welcome to passions, bring your glass of wine and settle in for a while
