Never Felt This Way
AMK
October 24 2001

Romance lingers in the air
I can see it reflecting in the moonlight
How I wish my baby was with me
And I could hold her forever tonight

As I walk down the street
I look up at the stars overhead
Slowly that dreamy look comes over me
I just can't get her beauty out of my head

Her kiss rushes over my memory
And sets a match to the flame
I can imagine the ecstasy I would feel
Listening to her say my name

Once in a lifetime
A special love comes along
And you know instantly that it's different
You've found somewhere you belong

In her I've found such a love
A love that is so very true
I have never known a love such as this
My mind it has blew

We have our ups and downs
As every relationship does from time to time
But I honestly know in the bottom of my heart
That I am hers and she is truly mine

And it doesn't matter how much time passes
Or the things that occur
Some love does last
And all things it can endure

Ours is that kind of love
I've been searching a lifetime for this
It's in the fire of her touch
In the heat of her kiss

But more than that
It's in her smile, her beauty inside
The way she lifts my head up
And fills my heart with pride

She lights up like a star in the sky
Fills my heart with a love I've never known
To think from the seeds of a deep friendship
This love has grown

This love I will cherish
I will try my best to never let go
This love can only do one thing
Flourish and grow

"I could kiss you in
the rain forever.
Turn all of your pain to pleasure
Fill up your days with
sunlight, make the
passion last every night"

Lots of feelings,  respect,  a ton of love
within these words.  Save this,  show it to
her.....read it back to yourself. Don't
forget these words.  They are a treasure.
