My thoughts do stream to other days for in the past; events, forged my ways Maybe wrong, maybe right it depends only on how I’m in your sight I tried my best, even then and threw my fortunes on the wind Life’s lessons learned the very hard way if they stayed, only I can say For in the deepest place of me that I can look only the soul knows if they took Loves were won or loves were lost battles were done at fearful cost If only to rest by shaded glen before I had to go again But not my lot, this I know well as all the past does ever tell Not to complain, for it is not my way but to follow the pathway in this stay There are so many that fared not as well caught up in life as a ocean swell But to those I say, take life by the teeth and shake it hard in firm belief For you will be strong if in your sight you have done all you could with all your might |

The thing about life is that it is filled with lessons for us to learn. It isn't so much important that we pass the test at the time but that we take the lesson into our lives and carry on. From this poem, I can tell you have done just that. A magnificent read.  Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

Go for it, gentle one..very gentle smile Thank you Startime, for such kind words, yes, I have, I do believe..very gentle smile Ahh, Nancy, very gentle smile, you are too kind to me and so supportive..thank you Oh, Little Goose?, hmmmm, now I never would have figured...have another stick...very gentle tender smile with a hug Ahh,Sis, you are so correct, and then, after the ripples die down and the pond dries up, you pick the rock back up, and when the pond fills again, throw it once more...very gentle smile |

Well written, there are many lessons to be learned in life, and we learn through our mistakes. Love the ending But to those I say, take life by the teeth and shake it hard in firm belief For you will be strong if in your sight you have done all you could with all your might Right on!! If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

Logan--life has been thrown at you, and you have caught it, sometimes with a bare hand..and on the score board is, it is not wheather you win or loose, but how you played the game...Logan won! |
