Down

I want to scream.
I want to cry.
I want some hope.
I don't know why

No matter how
it is I try,
I'm failing hard
falling from high.

Some days I'm up.
Some days I'm down
And as tears fall
longside my frown,

I disappear
into the deep.
No one can reach
the falls too steep.

I wonder if
it's worth it all,
to have to plead,
to have to crawl.

I just want peace,
as was before.
I wish to live
again, once more.

"The worst prison would be a closed heart".
...Pope John Paul II

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Wynter, I too have these days all the time; sometimes I feel sad when I dream of something so much and it hasn't come true yet, though deep down in my heart I smile knowing someday it'll come true! (big hugggssssss) You will find all your beautiful heart desires, sweet friend, then it'll be so exciting to see all the beautiful things you write then too as you do now! (smiles) Wonderful poem, dearest friend, my heart wishes all of this for you! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Wynter, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Yes, I had a day like this today....drew myself out a bit and wrote something I was not feeling...thought that would help, I suppose it did to a degree.  (((((HUGS))))))

This does sound very down
but the reach is never steep
if by hand you turn that frown
an instead smile you shall keep

Mauren, many feel the downside of the past,
I'm included, but knowing you can point yourself to tomorrow, no matter what it may bring, makes a difference.
I believe in your words, they have reached me.
Thank you for sharing yourself here, I hope to share more whenever you need.

nakdthoughts,

But you know what you lost and where you want to be, you'll get there again. The hard times refine our character. Some of has more than others, huh? Just know we care.
