Silence, deafening, such calm
Words unwritten speaking loud
Thoughts expressed but ignored.
Feelings flowing through words.

Distant lovers captured on a page.
Trains rolling along a silver rail.
Leaves turning as the days cool.
Love shared over a glass of wine.

Wishing to know why eyes don’t see.
Wanting to sense reality false.
Hoping for an answer from words
Keeping faith that it will resolve.

Silence speaks loudly.

Written from a heart with many questions asked. Sometimes silence gives the answer. Very well done, Magnus. So much is said in this poem.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Very good and well heard, silence speaks loudly when listened to. Some choose to hear only what they want, selective possibilities but few.
This says a lot, all you wanted it to.
Excellent!!

Yes Magnus I have some silence speaking to me right now...I give silence in return...when she is ready to explain she will...if not she has already spoken...James

CT,  honestly....even you would be scratching
your head over this one if you knew what it
was about....It opens the mind to so much.
Thanx.

Well, whatever you had in mind, this sure did make a lot of us think. I am hearing too much silence, and I wish it would shut up! I don't want to hear any of the meanings behind it. Good thoughts, Magnus.

Magnus; Indeed silence does speak loudly. It has been said, "Our actions speak louder then our words; sometimes that is true of our silence.  Wonderful writing.  Wanda
