From a lighthouse high above, a lover waits for another.
Crashing waves below echo the heartache of loneliness.
Listening for sounds of a distant love on a dangerous sea.
Wishing to share candlelight, coffee, a warm fire for two.

Blue eyes and long brown hair adorning a beauty above.
Wishing for the return from the night of an only true love.
Remembering a lingering kiss, soft touch of a strong hand.
Flushing to the thoughts of moments under a flickering fire.

Love, where are you?  Will you return this night to me?
Will you come be my lover, give me joy and ecstacy?
Will you hold me as I moan with passions delight?
Are you to return and hold me beneath a shimmering light?

Sighing audibly as she waits faithfully, a lover’s eyes tear.
Yearning for a true loves return, calling into a night clear.
Giving her heart and soul to share just one more night.
Dreaming of visions seen, reflected by a fire’s light.

My darling, you know I await, that I am here for you.
You have given me pleasures, thoughts I share for two.
Your strength has moved me, has kept me safe from harm.
Your passions thrill me, I wait for your heart and charm.

Steps winding down from a lover’s loft high above.
Guiding a woman suffering from loneliness of a love.
Leaving behind a shining light as a beacon to say
I love you, I miss you, God keep you safe this day.

I love the romance of lighthouses...such a perfect place to weave this story of love. *sigh* again your words flow with tenderness into the heart.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.
