Monarch

Once each hour
I divide my toil
in part
Drawing a clear vision
Lily I spy
soft white
Her daydreams
peaking toward the sun
Quiet crowns her
mystery surrounds her
Love is a monarch
fluttering before her eyes
A kingly gesture of nature's kiss
fitting her solemn grace
All the more a beauty to raise
upon a pedestal I hold her
in silence I kneel to adore her

This is wonderful!  You would enjoy the Monarch migration...just a few miles south of me is the last stopping off point in Canada before they fly across Lake Erie on their way to Mexico for the winter....thousands and thousands of them in the trees.  Spectacular!  ~hugs, Nancy~

This is so soft and tender, well expressed!
And you used my favourite theme - butterflies   I love this~

Take care,
