As night falls

During the day
I've been firm
on my decision
Breaking up was
for the best
But as night
fall
my feet get cold
So I put on my socks
make coffee
and think of you
I warm up
searching my soul
for what I've done wrong
Romantizing the memories
of you
A tear in my eye
reminds me
how much I miss you
my only man
my only love

*sigh* my heart goes out to you. Empty arms can never be filled with coffee and socks. Time heals, or so I am told. Take care.
