Do not forget my life
as this turns to dust
as the feelings erode
at the changes we lost

Do not forget my love
as this turns to night
as the covers are cold
at the next days light

do not forget my soul
as the wind takes away
as the stars cry out
at heavens last game

do not forget my eyes
as they turn to the ground
as they are covered for good
from the sights they have found.

Another good one, Michael. Especially this:

"do not forget my eyes
as they turn to the ground
as they are covered for good
from the sights they have found."

A little different form for you in this one.  Short, easy words not to mention the rhyme....fantastic.

But don't think for one moment that Passions is letting you go THAT easily.  LOL

Me

It is a blessing to have wings for words and passion in pen.

Well, there is not a thing you have ever written that I haven't liked........but I loved the simplicity of this one.....
