Many days
The past with slow passage goes;
Simply done,
Simply spun,
Summer worn into fall flows,
With the chill
Colors fill
The skies release from the trees
In wind play,
Drifts away,
Floating with clouds on the breeze;
Passing days
And where you are heaven knows.

Gloom

I was just thinking along these lines this afternoon as the breeze is passing through the window to where I am sitting and the clouds are forming their change....nicely done, in your own style..*s

You are filled with the gentle touch of reminiscence today, and it fits you very well...

But still I feel emotion in your words for do you not draw the emotion out of your reader? This is a unique poem that I enjoyed reading. Strange as it may sound it helped me put the past in perspective. Well done.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

These days.......days do seem to pass at a mild jog its difficult trying to keep up!

Your poem reflects this well

This is the feeling I get when that first crisp wind blows in for fall. It's a slight melancholy...to say goodbye to summer...but acceptance of the days to come. I really love this.

Sincerely,
Regina
