where the sky and horizon meet

To A Piece of Paper

Here is the horizon of imagination,
the place where thought and creativity converge.
Here is an ocean of possibilities,
where the ebb and flow of hope and freedom
creates the rhythm of Creation.
Here is the chalice of wine.
Here is the beating heart.
Here is the dew drop;
irredescent; cascading down the well of thought
where something unknown wants to live.

Your beautiful words & creativity allow me to connect with the same in myself.
Thank you for having the courage to share yourself so that I can too

Krista:  this was an incredibly fresh insight and perspective for me -- your description and concept...  Wonderfully expressed and a unique realization!  Definitely a "three-dot-poem"!  (it lingers after the read).     Don't forget the ink which facilitates the realization!

GentleSpirit~  Awww!   You are *so* sweet   Thank you!  I'm just....flabbergasted!  *hugs to you sweet poetess*

Mark~ hehe, "three-dot-poem" I love that!   Thank you so much for your thoughtful comments...I've admired your work all along so it's just awesome when you come in and find something you like in mine!
And yes, I should not forget the ink!   Perhaps there is another poem in that!

Hugs to you both!

This is awesome.
Your creativity is appreciated
no matter the medium used.

I think I prefer pencils to ink
though. Erasers are life savers
for a less than perfect person
such as myself.

Hah. Isn't that the one I meant to write last week? I love it! Only my papers are so scibbled it's a darn good thing I get to post electronically.
Not to mention the typos are more fun(ny)

Kitten this is a lovely tribute to the vastness of a page, and to the poets and writers who fill them up!  Well done!

SH~ Hehe, a smarter person would use pencil...I always end up crossing things out and putting arrows and my sheet is just a mess usually by the time I get a finished product!
Thank you for being the first person to encourage me in writing poetry.  I don't think I'd be here posting if it hadn't been for you...you gave me the confidence to share   Love you!

Serenity You're keeping something of mine?!  Excuse me while I go do a little happy dance
Hehe, thank you sweet poetess, that is such a high compliment!

MidniteSun~ Looks like I beat you to it! Seriously though, thank you so much for that
By the way, my papers are full of scribbles and total confusion as well   And typos schmypos...they keep things interesting!

Sunshine~ Thank you poetess, for understanding    it is meant for all poets and writers for we all have that potential in us.

Hugs to all of you!
