Heart Alongside Mine

Making days worthwhile
Until the end of time
Bringing my face a smile
Giving heart the shine

Sharing in every journey
Through thick and thin
With heart alongside mine
Love felt deep within

In picking my heart up
Removing my frown
Having been there for me
Never letting me down

So when writing words
Heart and soul bared
I thank you for friendship
I’m happy we shared
