In Your Poetic Mind

0 posted 2001-10-11 12:14 PM

In your eyes,
stars reveal
their reflection
of heaven
Waves upon the
ocean dance
in rapture of
your voice
Your words like rain
among my soul fall,
caressing my humble heart
I have felt the
white horses
spirit run freely,
watching their gallop
of changing times
creating my loneliness
again for you
somewhere among the dawn,
somewhere among the wind,
I feel your essence,
my need slowly, gently,
crying from eyes of
calming green,
your name describes
my poetic lips
still my soul
touches the rain

I remember

~1825 and still counting~

If you lose your way think back on yesterday, remember me this way...believe

Oh my ... oh Lauren ...
oh how I needed this today...
oh how I wish I had wrote this *S*
taking this one for my own...
your green eyes always reflect my brown...
and my heart's need to reflect his emerald eyes....
and with tears in mine...I thank you for that.
