Words like lead, Tossed upon water so smooth, Sinking fast They won’t last, Sinks below dragging the mood, Still heavy So heavy, Quenching the fire’s burning, In deep pool, Very cool, Drown and froze still keeps yearning, Words like lead, Only written never said. Gloom |
