Come on sea, wash over me.
I'm flotsam in your waves,
jetsam on your shore,
treasure thrown overboard.
Bury me beneath your sand,
caress me with tidal hand.
Wear me down in undertow,
engulf me in your surf,
wreak me upon your rock.
I'm castaway, maroon me.
Come on sea, wash over me.

Have you been peeking into my poetry folder?
Or was I just anticipating yours?
I started a poem three days ago entitled Flotsam and Jetsom...
I actually like yours better, for today anyway.
Good writing! It left me floating peacefully.

feel my waters
tug and sway
letting you go
but not get away
softly pull
you into me
come.....
get lost at sea
