Moon Of Love

Glorious moon
in all your splendor
lovers hearts
do..
surrender
~*~
Powerless
under your spell
floating around
like..
a carousel
~*~
Moonbeams cascading
as they dance
souls..
lost in sweet romance
~*~
Lovers
entwined in soft embrace
glimmering moonlight..
upon their face
~*~
Shadows
falling all around
reaching earth..
without a sound
~*~
Scattered stars
twinkling above
smiling..
upon the moon of love
~*~
Moon and stardust
become as one
sprinkled down..
for lovers fun
~*~
Caught in a trance
by the moons glow
bonded and sealed with..
love below.

~sunshinemist~

smiles ~Marie~

Without the experiance of love where would we be? We would have no memories to cherish.
With love it brings hurt with hurt bittersweet memories.

I am partial to Moonlight, but I suppose we, as poets, are all partial to it. This is a beautiful poem.
